At the heart of the Axas Box is the 12,000 DMIPS (2x 1,700 MHz) Broadcom BCM 7252s ARM processor. Compared to the Broadcom BCM 7251, the new Broadcom BCM 7252s CPU can smoothly transcoding and support 2GB of RAM. By upgrading a Plug & Play tuner DVB-S / S2X or DVB-C / T2 (optionally available) from Axas, you can either convert the receiver into a twin receiver or Combo DVB-C / DVB-T2 receiver.
